Pro is $8 once and Collaborate is $14 once. Each provides 90 days of access and never renews automatically. Classroom ($4 monthly or $29 per school year) and Event Manager ($40 monthly or $420 yearly, equivalent to $35 a month) are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
Collaborate adds up to two collaborators, live editing, sharing links and the guest QR seat finder. Event Manager includes these features with unlimited events and collaborators, reusable venue templates, measured room layouts, CAD import and event operations.
No. Designing, importing names and assigning seats are not charged per action. AI floor-plan imports are counted separately: one to try on Solo and Classroom, three each month on Pro and Collaborate, and ten each month on Event Manager.
Pro and Collaborate end 90 days after purchase unless you buy access again. Subscription access lasts through the paid billing period. Expired charts become read-only; renew to continue editing or exporting. Prices shown here are in US dollars.
